Andy has over 20 years human resource and management experience gained during a career spanning roles within British Telecom and Azzurri Scotland.
As a licensed Innermetrix practitioner Andy specialises in Management Consultancy with our client base. Andy has a proven track record working with clients to deliver value within their business. An excellent communicator with a passion to help clients achieve their end goal.
In his spare time Andy is a keen football fan and also plays squash and golf. Andy has recently joined the Board at his local Church of Scotland.
Karen has a master’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and is a qualified FCCA.
Having worked in London & various locations worldwide she has over 20 years’ experience in Finance, specializing in Corporate Finance, where she worked with both Private Companies & regional Governments. Karen prides herself on her attention to detail, logical and methodical approach to all projects and is always willing to assist clients by offering appropriate solutions to all of their queries. Karen has also obtained her NEBOSH qualification.
In her spare time, Karen is a Trustee for Beagle Welfare, enjoys gardening and long country or beach walks with her 2 beagles Daisy & Quaver.
Kerry Hyslop is a Chartered Fellow Member of the CIPD and a graduate of the University of Wolverhampton where she studied Human Resource Management with a specialist subject in employment law. Having worked in the NHS for 23 years, Kerry has extensive experience in the public sector and has operated at Assistant HR Manager level for 14 years undertaking generalist human resources management in a busy city hospital. Some of her duties in this role included sickness absence management, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance, mediation and counselling, investigations, and delivery of management training programmes.
Kerry prides herself on her attention to detail and personal approach to people management, and is always willing to help clients by offering simple, straightforward solutions to all of their HR and employment law issues. In her spare time, Kerry enjoys coastal and country walks with her black Labrador and has a keen interest in gardening, travel, reading, music and art.

Heading up our Commercial Department, Samantha leads in supporting organisations through ISO and BRC certification. Samantha is member of the Chartered Quality Institute, a listed member if of the International Register of Chartered Auditors, an Associate Consultant Member for BSI Group and has over twenty years' experience in quality, operations and finance across various sectors.
Having supported many businesses through certification against various standards, Samantha offers a wealth of knowledge in the requirements and application of the standards, best practices and performance optimisation and delivers bespoke management systems to meet the specific needs of our clients.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys reading, music and spending time with family and friends.
Senior HR Consultant
Angela Miller is an Associate member of the CIPD having qualified at BPP University in Manchester.
Previously an experienced leader with Barclays Corporate Banking; she has over 28 years’ experience in the finance sector. Angela has experience in performance management, people development, recruitment and selection processes. Other duties have included employee relations, disciplinary and grievance and sickness absence management.
Angela prides herself on delivering excellent customer service, she is highly organised and solutions focused.
Angela enjoys going to the theatre, and spending quality time with her family, friends and dog.
Lesley Feely joined the HR team in November 2018. Lesley has over 15 years of previous contact centre experience, with extensive experience in Customer Service, Management and Recruitment, alongside obtaining her BA in Human Resource Management with UWS Paisley.
Lesley’s main focus is communicating effectively with clients to ensure that they receive the best possible service and also expanding her existing HR knowledge in preparation for working towards her CIPD membership.
HR Advisor (Desk Based)
Lauren is a graduate from Glasgow Caledonian University with a MSc in Human Resource Management. Lauren has HR experience in the manufacturing sector delivering in all operational level tasks. Duties that included, sickness absence, recruitment, training, employee relations and working alongside trade unions.
Lauren prides herself on offering solutions to clients with any issues they are currently facing and having the ability to work on any deadlines set out by the clients. Lauren enjoys socialising with family and friends.
Health & Safety Manager
Tony started with HR Services Scotland in January 2013 and has progressed his career and is now our Health and Safety Manager. Tony has achieved an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice and is a Graduate member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
Tony’s role is to work closely with our client base to ensure that health and safety legislation is being followed. Some of Tony’s day to day responsibilities include completing on site health and safety audits, organising health and safety training and developing bespoke health and safety documentation e.g. H&S policies, procedures, risk assessments & method statements etc.
Tony’s experience in a variety of different environments is an asset to HR Services Scotland.
Senior Health and Safety Consultant
Drew has a wealth of experience across an impressive range of disciplines in business and management in an internationally operating company and his services make a great contribution to the team.
Drew moved into production management and specialised in H&S issues and became Coca Cola’s Health Safety and Environment Manager in 2006.
He has a post-graduate degree from Nottingham H&S College and is a practitioner with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. He has also conducted management training on behalf of Coca Cola’s European partners in countries such as Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands.
In his spare time, Drew likes to spend time playing golf – particularly when he beats Tony in a round, or going to the gym.
Fire Safety Advisor
Martin has over 31 years’ experience with Strathclyde Fire and Rescue. He fulfilled a number of roles including fire safety, community safety training and surveying premises for fire-fighting safety. he is a qualified fire risk assessor and has achieved NEBOSH 1 & 2.
Martin loves football and in his spare time enjoys walking, golf and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Business Development Manager
Graham Hyslop, business development manager is responsible for managing communications and developing HR Services Scotland’s growing portfolio of clients. Graham Hyslop has joined the team at HR Services Scotland after working in the wholesale catering industry for the past 20 years as a Business Account Manager. Graham brings with him a high level of professionalism and attention to detail along with the ability to deal with clients at all levels.

Sarah has a strong office background with many years of experience working within the finance and recruitment industries in Australia. She moved to Scotland in late 2015 and continued to work within the finance sector before joining the team in June 2017 as the Office Administrator.
Sarah prides herself on offering excellent customer service and it is also very likely you will speak to her when you call our office.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys reading, travelling, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Stephanie has a plethora of administrative experience across various sectors. Stephanie joined the team in November 2020 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.
Stephanie is a self-confessed crazy cat lady who loves to travel and spend time with her nearest and dearest.
